Quick response

I found Taxspanner to be quick and responsive. When I got a mail from the government on a defective tax return, I contacted Taxspanner and they immediately went through my return, identified the discrepancy and within 2 days resubmitted the return. I found the tax manager to be knowledgable and more importantly responsive.
